I'm soooo happy & thankful for Thanksgiving!

Yes, I do LOVE Turkey & MAsh potatoes & MELody Salad & CORN & PIE & all that good stuff, but MOSTLY, I LOOOOVVVEEE FAMILY!!!!

I am SOO excited to see the people whom I LOVE so sos ossoso much today!!!

This is my cute Opi, Cannon's great-grandfather who flew in from Oregon yesterday to celebrate with us! I love him so much and think he is one studly dude!

We get to eat at my parents house with them and Hch & Spncey:)... Last night my Uncle Charles drove in from California and my cousin Emily from Northern Arizona... I can hardly contain my self!

Then today around 2'ish my fabulous in-laws are coming from California!!! YEA!!!! I am the most blessed girl in the world! There are only a few things that could improve this day:

OK. I really did get completely spoiled this year... and it was wonderful!!!! Mostly because I love parties and got to have a few:)

My super rad brother got me this super awesome authentic pinata to party in style! Ariba!

My lova got me a beautiful new watch that I absolutely adore!

p.s. Do you like my royal shawl? :) I was so cold, and found it in the coat closet- it had been part of Heather's Halloween costume last year- then when I found it, I loved it... it reminded me of my OMI:)

Well, Cannon had an inkling that it was my birthday and really likes the idea of presents:)... so all morning, he was wrapping toys under these blankets and then he would come get me so I could open them and then shoo me out of his room again so he could wrap more- he really is the cutest 3 year old in the world!!!

This may be my favorite picture of Russ! Ha ha!! This is at my surprise party and he had us play a newly wed'ish game! ha ha hahaha, love the face baby!!!

Back when Lizzy was here we went to the zoo.. and I just found the pictures on my other camera....

El Tour de Tucson

This is Dad & Heathers 5th, Russ' 3rd, Spencer, Jackson and Laurel's 2nd annual El Tour de Tucson! Woo=hoo! It is a bike ride thru Tucson! Each year, I say next year I'm going to do the century (109 miles) and then "forget" to train for it:) So we do the 35 miler and that is fun enough for me:)

Infact... this little man is quite awesome! This is his second time riding- last year I didn't go, but this year it was so much fun having him along! He did not like for his mother to pass him... so that was the game we played thru the city... I'd pass him and Russ (Jack was on the trail-a-bike) then they'd pass me... and it was the cutest thing... Jack would peddle soooo fast on those little cranks that it looked like he was sprinting cause his legs were just bouncing up and down!

Poor Russ and Jack... I really wanted to get pictures of them on the ride... but...it took all I had to stay alive! ha ha ha!!!! Next year...

I do have to say, that this was considerably easier this year... thanks to *Marlee*!! Thank you for letting me ride your bike- it's true, so much easier and faster riding a road bike :)

I was pretty bumbed... the week my cute little sister was here visiting from across the nation that I don't get to see nearly as much as I want to... my kids got sickkkkkkk :(

so... at the first hint of being normal and healthy again, and the day before the Nielsen's left... we went off to the Tucson Zoo.

we had so much fun, but I think the pictures are on my little camera, so I will put them on later... otherwise these are from the drive:)

and then... it happened...

I turned 30!!!! Woo-HOO!!! How rad is that? I had the best birthday as well! Russ had been on business in Maryland all week, and came home Saturday night and with the help of some great friends, and parents he threw off a great surprise party! Have I mentioned that my hubby totally ROCKS! I had sooo much fun! Thanks everyone!

And then Sunday... it happened:)... and I was spoiled so sweetly!!!!!

Happy Birthday my BIG BOY!!!

My baby boy turned 6! Where has the time gone? He is such a wonderful boy! I really think I am his biggest fan... but I think his Dad, and brother feel that way as well!

Jackson is such a super fun, outgoing, friendly, sweet, tender, kind helper boy!

I am so grateful to have him in our family and for all he does!
